You’ve mastered the juggling act. Now it’s time to feel strong, clear, and confident while doing it.
I see you, mama/parent.
You’re the glue that holds it all together. The caring one, the organiser, the multi-tasker. You run a career while doing the groceries, booking kids’ appointments, sorting fundraisers, remembering birthdays, and always the friend with a listening ear, even when you’re running on fumes.
You can taxi kids to three activities, throw snacks between stops, and still try to enforce your “no eating in the car” rule… until the crumbs and sticky fingerprints tell a different story.
You do it all with a quiet strength most will never see.
But here’s the thing. You’ve spent so long taking care of everyone else. Are you ready to put that same care into yourself?
If your health isn’t where you want it, it’s not because you’ve failed. It’s because no one has shown you the whole picture. the one where you…
Have the energy to get through your day without mid-morning or 3pm crash — Steady, calm, and in control.
Enjoy a night out without worrying about what’s on your plate — Freedom, not restriction.
Wake up feeling rested — Clear-headed, not foggy.

You might be here because you’re tired of feeling:
Drained before the day begins
Bloated, puffy, or uncomfortable in your own skin
Stressed about what to eat, wondering if that artisan bread at your favourite restaurant will undo your progress
Feel like exercise is a chore you rush through, still chasing your pre-kids weight.
Stuck in the same jeans for a decade, hoping they’ll fit again
Torn between feeding your family and nourishing yourself
You’re smart, capable, and already doing more than most realise. But you shouldn’t have to run on empty to prove it.
I help you tune out the endless conflicting advice. The diets, the rules, the “never eat this” lists. Instead, I give you clear, honest, doable guidance so you can:
Enjoy a meal out without anxiety.
Exercise with pleasure and intention — always moving because it feels good, not because you “should.”
Share family dinners without feeling like you have to choose between your health and their favourites.
With the right tools for your body and lifestyle, you can feel steady and in control even when life throws you curveballs. You’ll bounce back faster, make decisions with confidence, and feel excited about what’s next.
Power through your day with reliable energy — getting the kids out the door, nailing that work meeting, and still having enough left to enjoy the evening (without mainlining coffee or collapsing on the couch).
Actually look forward to movement — dancing in the kitchen, smashing your workout, or taking a long beach walk without feeling sore, sluggish, or short of breath.
Slip into jeans or a dress and feel amazing — no sucking in, no rearranging clothes, just loving how your body feels when you move.
Have the headspace and calm to enjoy life — laughing with your family at dinner instead of rushing to clean up, saying yes to spontaneous plans without worrying you’ll be too tired, and finally feeling present instead of distracted by stress.

My own journey started when my son and I faced health challenges that stopped us from living the life we wanted.
For over a decade, I lived with gut dysbiosis which looked like constant bloating, constipation, bouts of diarrhoea, extra weight, and low energy. I relied on snacks to get through the day, even while “eating healthy.”
When my son was three, his ADHD-like behaviours led to warnings to medicate or leave daycare. I lay awake wondering if he was included by friends, if I was a good enough mum, and how all the antibiotics and steroids would affect him.
Western medicine gave us partial answers, but never the full picture. Not getting a diagnosis pushed me into Integrative & Functional Health and at-home lab testing.
I found the root causes, detoxed heavy metals, restored gut health, and rebalanced his body, naturally. I also healed my gut, regained my energy, and found the freedom to:
Eat without fear — no more scanning for the nearest toilet, skipping meals out with friends, or dreading the gas, pain, and weight gain that always seemed to follow.
Power through full days on my feet without the 3pm crash or desperate “power nap.”
Feel comfortable and confident in my body again — slipping into jeans without the muffin top, the bloat, or secretly unbuttoning them after dinner.
I wasn’t puffy, bloated, or hiding anymore. I felt like me again — lighter, clearer, and in control.

I work with midlife women who feel responsible for everything and everyone while their own health slips down the list.
I guide you to make realistic, sustainable changes that restore energy, clear brain fog, balance hormones, and rebuild confidence. This isn’t another overwhelming “plan.” It’s about cutting through the noise and finding what works for you. So you can keep up with your kids, feel good in your clothes, and have energy left for yourself at the end of the day.
When you feel strong, clear, and in control of your health, you stop surviving… you start living… and that shift ripples through and inspires everyone around you.
my journey with my son
I have personally experienced how stressful it is as a parent who has a child who once struggled with persistent health symptoms. When my oldest of three boys (who is now 13yo) started solids, he broke out with eczema that covered his entire body. He was constipated, had diarrhoea, and was extremely unsettled which led to sleep issues. He progressively became more sensitive to different foods and food groups (gluten, dairy, soy, nightshades, colours, preservatives). The ongoing inflammation in his body led to intense hay fever, asthma, salicylate food sensitivities & behaviour that led others to wonder if he might have ADHD.

Stepping Into Growth: My Journey to Speaking Up
For the past few months I’ve been working on the kind of growth that feels uncomfortable for me and exciting at the same time.
A couple of months ago I attended an intense three-day Speakers Institute boot camp and delivered a six minute talk that pushed me to a real breakthrough. Up until about five years ago I always felt like I didn’t have a voice and it has taken me a long time to figure out who I am and what I stand for.
Finding my purpose through health coaching has changed that for me. I care deeply about helping people take charge of their health and to do that I need to show up and use my voice, even when it feels a bit scary or imperfect.
So here I am sharing the video. It’s not perfect and that’s ok. I wanted to share this personal experience because growth never looks polished. For the new friends I made that weekend and for myself it was about being brave enough to speak, to be seen and to keep trying.
If you’ve been holding yourself back I hope this reminds you that we are all learning as we go. Your voice matters too. Everyone has a message for the world and we get to grow together and support each other in everything we do.
Thank you to the @speakersinstitute for an experience that stretched me in the best way. I’m proud of myself for stepping into something new and I’m excited for what this means for the women I support.
