Why you can trust me

My own journey started when my son and I faced health challenges that stopped us from living the life we wanted.

For over a decade, I lived with gut dysbiosis. Bloating, constipation, bouts of diarrhoea, extra weight, and low energy. I relied on snacks to get through the day, even while “eating healthy.”

When my son was three, his ADHD-like behaviours led to warnings to medicate or leave daycare. I lay awake wondering if he was included by friends, if I was a good enough mum, and how all the antibiotics and steroids would affect him.

Western medicine gave us partial answers, but never the full picture. Not getting a diagnosis pushed me into Integrative & Functional Health and Functional At-Home Lab Testing.

I found the root causes, detoxed heavy metals, restored gut health, and rebalanced our bodies naturally. I healed my own gut, regained my energy, and found the freedom to:
