HOW I WORK
I did not build this approach from theory.
I built it from lived experience.
There was a time I believed working harder would fix everything.
More discipline. More exercise. Cleaner eating.
But I was still exhausted.
Still wired.
Still not feeling like myself.
I learnt that pushing harder does not restore energy.
Doing more does not fix burnout.
Rebuilding the foundations does.
That is why I focus on Foundations First.
When stress regulation, metabolic balance, gut health and hormone support are strengthened properly, everything else shifts.
Energy returns.
Clarity sharpens.
The body finds steadiness again.
Confidence rebuilds.
