To better understand what may be driving your symptoms, we may also use Functional Medicine lab testing to uncover imbalances in areas such as hormones, gut health, and nutrient levels.

PERSONALISED 1:1 HEALTH COACHING:
Over four months you’ll receive seven Zoom coaching sessions. This gives us the time and space to adjust your plan as you progress, ensuring we focus on what matters most for your energy, health, and goals.
TAILORED NUTRITION & HEALTH RECOMMENDATIONS:
You’ll receive a personalised Nutrition and Wellness Plan, along with a Supplement Support Plan designed specifically for you. These are adjusted as we go so they always reflect your progress, evolving needs, and any relevant lab insights.
MESSENGER SUPPORT & ACCOUNTABILITY:
Stay connected between sessions with ongoing Messenger support. Ask questions, receive guidance, and get the accountability you need to stay on track.
HANDOUTS & SUPPORTING RESOURCES:
Practical guides, information, and checklists to help you confidently implement the changes we discuss.
FUNCTIONAL LAB TESTING & REVIEW (OPTIONAL)
If appropriate, you’ll have the option to complete Functional Medicine lab testing to help identify underlying imbalances. Your package includes a full review of your results and guidance on the next steps.
