High Protein Berry Crunch Bowl (with 5-min granola)

Ingredients:

  • 120g rolled oats

  • 40g chia seeds

  • 60g almond butter

  • 40g honey

  • Pinch sea salt

  • 1/2tsp tumeric

  • Optional: 1 tsp cinnamon or vanilla

Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 160°C

  2. Mix all ingredients in a bowl until well combined

  3. Spread evenly on a lined baking tray

  4. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until lightly golden

  5. Allow to cool completely so it crisps

Store in an airtight container.

Berry Protein Bowl (1 serve)

Ingredients:

  • 150g Raglan protein yoghurt

  • 20g vanilla or unflavoured protein powder

  • 50g blueberries

  • 40g homemade granola

  • Optional: extra drizzle almond butter or honey

Method:

  1. Add yoghurt to a bowl

  2. Stir through protein powder until smooth

  3. Top with blueberries

  4. Sprinkle over granola

  5. Add optional drizzle if desired

Done in under 5 minutes.
