5-Min Gut Nourish Broth Bowl

INGREDIENTS

  • 250–300 ml hot water

  • 2 serves Mitchell’s Bone Broth (~14 g protein)

  • 100 g firm tofu, cubed (~12 g protein)

  • 1 egg (~6 g protein)

  • 30–40 g baby spinach

  • 1 tsp miso paste

  • 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil

  • 1/2 nori sheet, torn into strips

  • 1 spring onion, sliced

  • Optional: pinch chilli flakes

    Approx. 31–32 g protein

METHOD

  1. Add bone broth powder to a bowl and pour over hot water.

  2. Add tofu + baby spinach and let wilt.

  3. Add soft boiled egg or crack egg directly into broth.

  4. Stir through miso.

  5. Finish with olive oil, nori, spring onion + chilli.

  6. Ready in under 5 minutes.
