5-Min Gut Nourish Broth Bowl
INGREDIENTS
250–300 ml hot water
2 serves Mitchell’s Bone Broth (~14 g protein)
100 g firm tofu, cubed (~12 g protein)
1 egg (~6 g protein)
30–40 g baby spinach
1 tsp miso paste
1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
1/2 nori sheet, torn into strips
1 spring onion, sliced
Optional: pinch chilli flakes
Approx. 31–32 g protein
METHOD
Add bone broth powder to a bowl and pour over hot water.
Add tofu + baby spinach and let wilt.
Add soft boiled egg or crack egg directly into broth.
Stir through miso.
Finish with olive oil, nori, spring onion + chilli.
Ready in under 5 minutes.
